NetVanta 3000 Series routers are available

with optional IPSec-compliant VPN

tunneling. This functionality includes

DES/3DES/AES encryption and other

advanced security features for

user authentication, including

Internet Key Exchange (IKE),

X.509 Digital Certificates,

and XAUTH authentication.

When used in conjunction with a

NetVanta 3000 Dial backup Interface Module

(DIM), these enhanced routers can also offer

a secure disaster recovery VPN link.
